Twiggs County Board of Education seeks new Superintendent. Deadline is June 30, 2026.

The Twiggs County Board of Education, a school system in Middle Georgia, is seeking a new superintendent. The system enrollment is 726 (PK-12). Middle Georgia Regional Education Service Agency (MGRESA) will assist the Board of Education with the search for the new superintendent. Full or part-time applications will be accepted. Required Qualifications:

●Reside in or within an approximate 50 mile radius of Twiggs County
●Possess a minimum of a Masters Degree
●Possess certification in Educational Leadership
●Possess and demonstrate strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

●Building level leadership experience
●Experience at the central office level
●Experience as a school superintendent
●Experience in finance
●Experience in policy development
●Experience in school improvement
