The House and Senate met today for day number 35. A few education bills were passed:
HB 957 Charter school employee bill that permits their participation in the State Helth Benefit Plan. (Passed)
SB 430 College and Career Academies – allows Home study and private school students to access CCA courses if space is available. (Passed)
Both will move to the Governor for his signature.
The House and Senate named conferees to the FY21 budget committee to hammer out an agreed upon budget.

SR 1010 has determined that Sine Die is Friday, June 26, 2020. Now we know the end of the session, finally. Beginning Monday, legislative day 36 will start around 11am and each weekday consecutively the remaining days through Friday are scheduled. We should have a budget early next week.
